I have always believed in the power of having a career—not just a job. A career gives you purpose, direction, and, when aligned with who you are, real satisfaction. My own journey hasn’t been straightforward—it’s been full of hurdles and unexpected detours—but I made it through by taking ownership, staying focused, and never giving up on my belief that your work life can and should work for you.

I’ve worked at senior levels in industry, reaching Director status in the complex and ever-evolving world of technology-enabled business transformation. From large-scale change programmes to navigating digital disruption, I’ve worked with diverse teams across all kinds of organisations—experiences I now draw on every day as a coach. With a master’s degree in coaching and accreditation through the EMCC, I bring both professional depth and academic rigour to the work I do with clients.

What sets me apart is the way I blend deep empathy with sharp, intuitive insight. I use psychodynamic and neuroscience-informed approaches to create powerful self-discovery experiences—designed not just to help people feel better, but to do better. I guide my clients to unlock what’s holding them back and help them move forward with clarity, energy, and purpose.
